Can you file bankruptcy on payday loans?

I have got myself into a real financial mess. My husband has been living off of me for years and not working so I was forced to take out some of these payday loans (I had NO other options) believe me if I did I would have used them. anyways now we are separating and I can’t afford to move and live with paying those loans. Can I file bk on those kind of loans to sort of start over. I am basically being kicked out of our apartment. PLEASE only answer if you really know the laws in Wisconsin. Thanks a lot

You don’t file bankruptcy on XYZ debts. You either file bankruptcy, or you don’t. EVERYTHING you owe is included, even if it is not dischargable.
Payday loans ARE dischargeable in bankruptcy.
There is NO POSSIBLE way you have enough Payday loans to justify bankruptcy. DEFAULT on the payday loans, WAIt until they actually sue you, and settle with the attorney for 50 cents on the dollar.
DON’T tell me you are worried about your FICO score. NOTHING damages the score more than bankruptcy.
