September 30th, 2009 at 9:58 amDon’t skimp out on this kind of thing. A lawyer can forsee things you can’t even imagine. Plus, if the creditors are at the hearing and see you without a lawyer, they might see you as an easy target for a protest…. or intimidation.
Just shop around. You can find bankruptcy centers that do them fairly cheaply.
