Getting a divorce and need help!!!?
My husband has put me in huge debt and I can’t seem to get out of it with what I make and need some help. Is there a way to file for bankruptcy without an attorney? I don’t have the money to have an attorney file for me, is there a way to get the paperwork and do it yourself??
Bankruptcy is not what it use to be. There is a process now that involves credit counseling and classes. You can get info about it by putting "bankruptcy" in your search on the web. Be sure to look at a government site. There are a lot of debt consolidation sites and that’s not what you want.

You can search online for religious charities that will help you file for bankruptcy. For free.
