Has anyone ever filed Chapter 7 without a lawyer and what were the results?
I just turned my papers to the court and was wondering if anyone had filed chapter 7 without a lawyer and what the results were. I dont know if or what kind of trouble can happen if you make a little mistake?
You should have gotten an attorney. If you made a mistake you could have ruined you chances for getting a BK discharge and then I believe you cannot file again for another 7 years.
