Not to seem overbearing, but I see hundreds of petitions weekly and without fail the Pro Se petitions are Dismissed. You want a Discharge, not a Dismissal. Hire an attorney, place his fees in the petition, pay it out over time. You will be much, much happier with the results. You can do it yourself, BUT I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!
