Obviously you should be a politician. Because your word is not worth spit.Grow up and face your responsibility’s. Get a second or maybe a first job.Sell some of the crap you bought that got you into dept to start with,Maybe you could start with your computer as you will have more time to find that second job to pay your bills instead of being on line looking for a way out.

Is this a free service or are they charging you to do this? Why do you want out of the agreement?
Please add more to your question and I will see if I can help.
Been there, done that.
August 26th, 2010 at 7:14 pmHa, you also signed an agreement to pay for the original debt, it works the same.
Your options are the same as if you defaulted on the original credit card, you signed a contract with them as well. They can either write off your debt as a tax deduction or sue you in small claims, either way it hurts your credit.
If you really can’t pay, the best advice I could give you would be to end all communication with them, not another word despite the amount of calls. Let them figure out what they want to do with you, remember it’s just a civil debt, there’s no criminal elements attached if you don’t pay. Just let them think you fell off the face of the planet, who knows this may lower your chances of being sued.

All you have to do is pay the outstanding amount of your debt in full, and you are out of the program.
