Since you can pay 00 to the federal government and just buy insurance when you need it why would anyone pay over 00 a year for insurance?

At the risk of sounding cynical, sarcastic or both, probably never. After all, the government will have to bail them out because they will be "too big to fail".

March 24th, 2010 at 9:25 pmIn response to a question here from someone else, I looked up the amount that an insurance company would charge that person, and it was less than $50 per month. Since that is less than $600 per year, I would say that the reason that person would pay a health insurance company is that it would cost less than $1000.
