I need a straight forward answer. I am bankrupt, my wife cannot find work I need to save my house in georgia?
I have two jobs & still cannot make ends meet. I am desperate to find a solution to how I can keep my house. I am not asking for money, just advice on how to save my house for my wife & kids. I paid 0.000 for the house & put thirty thousand dollars down!. The house is now worth 200.000!…….please……please…is there anyone that can steer me in the direction that I need to go to save my home?

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but unless you can get your lender to adjust your payments (highly unlikely) you’re better off selling the house on a short sale (talk to a local realtor) and go rent for a while since selling will wreck your credit. It’s a harsh reality of todays economic times. You asked for an honest answer – unless the wife can find work you will slowly sink and get behind on your mortgage so might as well think and plan ahead now for what will ovbviously be a serious life changing experience for you and your family. Preparing for it will make it not quite as stressful. Good Luck j
