If I file bankruptcy, do I still have to pay mortgage?
My house is in foreclosure and I’m three months behind. Will I still have to pay that all at one time if I file bankruptcy or just the upcoming mortgage?

Depends on what chapter you file. If you file a chapter 13 yes you will. But if you file a Chapter 11 then no. You can seel your house to pay off your debt. But then where will you live. You will be on the streets unless someone like yo ur family is willing to take you in.
