January 23rd, 2012 at 9:11 pmNo, not a good idea. Bankruptcy law is complicated and everything must be filed just so. Making one mistake can cause the filing to get tossed and you would not be able to re-file for 7 years.
January 23rd, 2012 at 9:11 pmI did my own, but then, I am a lawyer myself (just not a BK lawyer). And I wish I had had enough money to hire an attorney to represent me, because even I, a person with legal training, made some mistakes. Let a professional handle it for you, it’s better.

I don’t think filing bankruptcy without lawyer can be good option.Bankruptcy attorney is best option to file your bankruptcy. You can file your own but why are taking risk.
My suggestion is to hire bankruptcy attorney…you can check free evaluation of your financial status from attorney.
