My bills are stacking up and I am running into debt should I file for bankruptcy?

It would omit everything except for my student loans. This would be wonderful. I have what I need to get me by for the next 10 years. What do you think?

Read "The Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey for more information. In it you will get all the info you need to get through this and you won’t be sorry.

Read the book or watch the movie The Secret. It will teach you how to prosper and make money.

debt consolidation sir, if you have enough to get by for ten years, then see a debt consolidator and they’ll work it out to monthly payments…

It will definitley allow you to start out clean.. It’s harder to file for Chapter 7 (which wipes out your debt). Many times you ahve to file Chapter 13 (you have to make payments on debt). You’ll probably have to go through Credit Counseling too -but that should be a benefit in the long run…
