My bills are stacking up and I am running into debt should I file for bankruptcy?
It would omit everything except for my student loans. This would be wonderful. I have what I need to get me by for the next 10 years. What do you think?

May 22nd, 2010 at 11:52 pmIt will definitley allow you to start out clean.. It’s harder to file for Chapter 7 (which wipes out your debt). Many times you ahve to file Chapter 13 (you have to make payments on debt). You’ll probably have to go through Credit Counseling too -but that should be a benefit in the long run…
