Since obama gave Chrysler to the UAW how long will it be before they are bankrupt again?
It will be interesting to see how low the UAW will go in their salaries to prop up Chrysler
How to go bankrupt: no bull advice on when and how to file, online bankruptcies, alternatives, tips, do-it-yourself with a low-cost attorney review.
Well first there will be a huge fight between the retired UAW workers and the current working UAW workers on retirement packages!!! Stay tuned should be fun to watch it implode!
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amI give it a week.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amThey are already bankrupt. They’re just buying a few weeks on the taxpayer dole. Obama owed it to the UAW.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amTHE UNION CAN STOP job outsourcing
and use PARTS MADE IN AMERICA
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amThey have asked for and receive bailout money twice no….it won’t be long for a third…and Obama just bends over and lets them have their way!
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amconsidering the exact same people overseeing medicaid and social security are over seeing the auto…………well…..ummmm…errr……there is always bailouts….
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amthey won’t be
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amThis was presidential payback, nothing more.
Anyone who thinks Chrysler is going to survive has lost their mind.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amThere is no future for Chrysler. The UAW’s majority ownership interest spells doom. It is like putting the fox in the chicken house.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amNot long.
The bigger question is what will the unions charge for the cars they build.
Knowing how they want workers to make so much they will be un-affordable to Americans
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amIt’ll be interesting to see.
The UAW is killing the goose that layed the golden eggs.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amthe union heads will not take any cut in their salary but will see an increase with stock options and profit bonuses, but the regular worker on the line stands to lose some of theirs, once again the liberal elite supporting their own and throwing the little guy under the bus.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amThe UAW has crippled our economy. It’s strange… we heard lots of discussions about restructuring, or bankruptcy, or mergers – but we never once heard even the possibility of the UAW being disbanded. And that’s the one thing that really could have saved our auto industry!
I’m a liberal and I voted for Obama, but he should have let the UAW die a natural death.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amThey will not be bankrupt as long as Obama remains in the office.
Chrysler will be propped by every mean possible: bent EPA rules, subsidies, tariffs, and also direct shameless infusions of our taxpayers money.
Do not be naive, Obama cannot afford to let Chrysler to go belly up since now it is his and Nancy Pelosi’s baby.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amIt is an interesting situation; On one hand the UAW will be an owner of the company, on the hand they will be representing the workers. The could be in a position to fight against themselves. I know this is a stretch, but this could be a good opportunity for compromise since they both have a vested interest in the outcome of any negotiations.
July 25th, 2010 at 7:00 amIt won’t be long.
