the bankruptcy is over? even when they did not respond to the bankruptcy lawyer.
I,m concerned with not only having a bankrupcy on credit report, but now a forclosure also?
Last year my company did away with all overtime. Since then I have been using my savings to pay my credit cards and such and now that it is depleted I am starting to fall behind. How soon should I seek the advice of a lawyer for bankrupcy. I don’t see my company reinstating any type of overtime.
I am currently in a chapter 13 bankrupcy and my car is included. My car was totaled this week and now I want to know how this will affect my monthly bankrupcy payment and term. Payoff on the car is 17k and insurance is giving me 20k.
I’ve had a bankruptcy due to being off work for an extended time because of health issues, now I’m returning to work. I’m interested in purchasing another home, but 1 my bankrupcy obviously 2. I want something that is less upkeep, and I think this would be more reasonable. However I live in tornado alley, my friend said they have tie downs and things they can do to secure things now.
