Will i get my income taxes back after filling chapter 7 bankrupcy?

I am a single parent filing a chapter 7 bankrupcy. I always get back about 3400 a year, because of child tax credit and earned income credit. Now i am scarred that i won’t be allowed to receive my taxes next year. I depend on this money for the year to help with food and clothes, car repairs. Has anyone filled a chapter 7 as a single parent, with no properties or other assets? And had their taxes for the next year taken?

I am filing bankruptcy myself. On Schedule B, do I have to list the tax refund I got this year?

I was wondering if I had to list my income tax refund on schedule B item #18, even if I’ve already spent it all? I think an attorney told me that if it’s mostly child tax credit, it’s exempt. Do I list it here and then exempt it on C, or not list it at all?
