How do I pay off all my debt?

I became a landed immigrant to North America when I was 19 years old. After that I got married and started a family. After my mom passed away 15 years ago I felt a responsibility to take care of my family members such as my brothers and sisters. I worked very hard for them and sponsored them to come to North America. After I brought my family to North America, I tried to start my life and then found myself in more than 0,000 + worth of debt. I’m 45 years old and still working very hard (84 hours a week) and I bought a place to live with 0 down payment just to give my children a better place to live. So now i’m in a very stretched and stressful life because all of our income comes and goes to the interest because I don’t want to go bankrupt and yet it’s hard to deduct any debt that we have. So, what is the solution to pay off all my debt, so I can focus on my mortgage? I need a concrete and helpful answer please and thank-you.
Thank you for all your responses. I just want to explain to you that I put myself in this situation because of helping my family, in other words my generosity. Even though i’m 45 I keep working hard and hopefully I will see the golden result.

Are you in the habit of borrowing money from friends/relatives? If yes, did you settle all your 2007 IOUs?

It’s always nice to start the new year debt-free, don’t you think? Not credit card bills but those small sums you normally borrow from friends/family members. Better pay up soon otherwise you might not be able to borrow anymore.

Is it that bad to foreclose on a home considering my circumstances?

I am 62 years old and have recently had to file bankruptcy. As my time on this earth is limited, I would like to foreclose on my home and get into an apartment that I can better afford. More money is going out than coming in and I’m not living happy.

At my age, credit is not an issue for me. I’ve got a newer car that is paid off. My house was on the market for 1 year and wasn’t able to sell it. I have no equity in it. I have family members that can help me get into an apartment.

I just want to get the house from underneath me and move into an apartment where my payments would be a savings of ,000 a month. I want to live the rest of my life happy and be able to buy things for myself from time to time.

Is it bad for me to want to foreclose??

Settling a debt after my wages are garnished?

I had a judgment entered against me in January of this year. I could not pay it, and they would not accept payments from me. Now they began garnishing my wages. If I can somehow scrounge up the money from family members or something, can I still settle it and stop the wage garnishing?
