If I file for bankruptcy, can the trustee seize my already used student loan?

I have filed for bankruptcy, and the trustee says they see "fraud". I had a student loan wich I used to pay for aviation classes. Now the judge wants to take back my money from the university, and make me continue to pay the debt!!! (,000)!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this possible?

should I still file a response to an eviction notice if I plan on filing for bankruptcy?

Here in California you have 5 days to file a response to an eviction notice. If I plan on fiing for bankruptcy should I still file a response? will it give me more time? I had filed a lawsuit against my mortgage company back in January because of FRAUD. They legally don’t own my home!! but because I couldn’t pay a lawyer, the case will probably be dismissed. I am now trying to stay in my home as long as possible. Any information helps thanks.

How long until Countrywide Bank goes bankrupt?

I don’t know how Countrywide can seriously say that they are "on your side." They’re a bank that engages in fractional-reserve banking, which means that they only keep about 10% of the money deposited in the vaults and give away the rest. The banks are basically committing fraud on a massive scale (such as how the government has given a bank cartel it created known as the Federal Reserve the power to create money out of thin air to buy junk investments with)

Thomas Jefferson recognized exactly how dangerous banks are. He was quoted as saying "Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies" and that was definitely saying something (especially if you remember how dangerous the Redcoats were).

If I file bankruptcy, how long b4 I file do the banks require that I DON'T spend on my credit cards?

I mean prior to filing bankruptcy, not after I file bankruptcy. It’s my understanding that if you spent on your credit card 6 months prior to filing bankruptcy, it is considered fraud. Is that true? We just paid some bills on our credit cards and need to file bankruptcy soon.

can you file bankruptcy with a court ordered judgement involving restitution for fraud?

a friend committed fraud…did time in prison and now 10 years later is receiving a notice from the Franchise Tax Board for an outstanding balance for restitution. He has no collateral, horrible credit and no savings. He is currently making monthly payments, but they are impacting his living expenses. Can he file bankruptcy despite this court-ordered debt?

How do I find out all of my debt, in collections and past due?

I’m going thru a divorce & learning of thousands of dollars in collection & more that are delinquent & on there way to a collection. Yesterday I learned of a credit card company that will settle for a % of the debt. I contacted this company & informed them that I have never applied for a credit card in my life. They had all of the personal info on me needed to apply for a credit card. I have a feeling that my soon to be ex applied for & received a card in my name. They informed me to go to the police dept. & fill out a fraud/identity theft form. Is this the correct action to take? I had trusted that my ex was taking care of our finances but apparently she wasn’t. I will probably have to file bankruptcy. Should I do this after our divorce is final and the debts are divided or file together with my ex, before the divorce is final? I obviously want to know ALL of my debt that is out there. How do I go about finding this out? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband is being sued for a car accident that he caused a year ago,for 0,000… we dont make alot of money and we recently bought our first home 4 months ago. If the plaintiff wins and we are not able to pay and he garnishes my husbands wages we will need to file for bankruptcy. Will our lender have attend the bankruptcy hearing and will this at all affect our loan with the mortgage lender? Thanks for your help!
