how to get a girl to go away?

There is this girl that has been annoying us from 3 years now. At first, she was nice and friendly. Then, she started to act like a baby towards us even when a huge crowd is involved. Also, she gets us in trouble for something we haven’t done that would get us even a warning (Ex. My friend writing a story that involves that girl in it then she wasn’t pleased so she told our strict vice principal). She uses us for our sympathy because she said that "her parents doesn’t care" (Lie: Her parents give her what she wants and she would cry if she doesn’t get it and she’s 14. Ex. sending the school VP an email that she wants to be in the same classes with my friends and not me.) She tells lies even about her parents going bankrupt and she lives in one of the richest towns in the state and says he can’t afford a folder (99 cents) but can afford a convention in Florida (0 and she didn’t save for it) . She manipulated one of my friends into being around with her.She threatens people, and she’s mean to everyone and uses (more like abuses) her freedom of speech to manipulate others into believing her into something she has caused. And she tries to get rid of me because she accused me of getting rid of her since I hung out with her ex-friends (and yes they like me!) And not to mention she backstabs people.

ps the annoying girl tells my friends everything even the "bankrupt"
oh yeah we tried saying "we’re done with you" and results came into a fight. also we tried showing her that she would leave us alone but she doesn’t get the message
does this show that she has some (trying to put this in a nice way) kind of problems like socio etc.?

How is America a greater nation than Australia?

True, America has given the world more in terms of scientific advancements, military protection, etc., but what about day-to-day life? They don’t have job lock because their insurance isn’t tied to employment, they have freedom of speech, assembly and religion…and, yes, you can own a firearm in Australia —-look it up instead of listening to propaganda! They have a high per-capita income also and a reasonable tax rate, no one goes bankrupt over medical problems….so why do so many Americans say that their country is the greatest on Earth when Australia appears to be a pretty great place as well? Some could argue that it’s actually greater.
So, Australia is not the centre of the English-speaking world and they don’t have the bread basket that America has, what good are those two things if you’re not doing well in America? So what if Australia isn’t the centre and doesn’t have a fertile interior….we’re talking about day-to-day life of an Aussie versus a Yank, and from what I am reading, it sounds like the average Aussie has it better these days. Flame away with ignorant comments about the "poverty, fascism, illiteracy, violence and socialism" of this foreign land and how much they suffer and all want to immigrate to America. Australia’s great.
