I’m preparing my own documents for chapter 13 bankruptcy and am ready to file the motion, notice of motion, declaration in support of motion to confirm the repayment plan. Do I have to state in the notice of motion whether or not a written opposition is required?

Because bankruptcy stays on your credit report for ten years and most people
cannot qualify for Chapter 7 and end up getting a 13, which is just a repayment
plan they usually cannot afford. Larry at http://www.TotalMillionaire.net

I am on the edge of losing grip on my debts. I’m missing payments on some just to pay the other. My score is below 600 so no bank will loan me money, I’ve tried. No family / friends can help. I read that chapter 13 is like a consolidation repayment plan which is all I need. Will this hurt or help my credit? Should I go with a debt consolidation company instead? If so which comany is best?
I meant no bank will give me personal loan to consolidate my bills..

I owe some back taxes to the IRS and am enrolled in a repayment plan. The stimulus check will be more than enough to settle this debt. I didn’t get direct deposit and my SSN ends in 90 so I’ll get my check in July sometime. My question is when will the stimulus check get applied to my bill?

I am currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy repayment plan. I have some student loans that are included in this plan. Is it possible for me to take out additional student loans next year? I am going to graduate school and I cannot pay for school on my own. I have never missed a payment and I am repaying everything 100%.

We got a large tax return this year in early February. We are now in the process of filing chapter 13 and have to provide 6 months worth of income history. Will the trustee consider our 5,000 tax return as part of our income? I know that they will take future returns. We actually had to file an amendment and now have to pay 2,700 of that back anyway, so it was really only 2,300 in excess. Also, can I include this tax debt in my repayment plan?
