Expect to pay about $3000 or so in attorney fees to file Ch 13 — however you won’t have to pay anywhere near that much up front. Most of that will be included as what you pay in your Ch 13 Plan payments, and (unless you have a 100% repayment plan) will not increase the amount you pay, but rather will decrease the total amount that other creditors receive.
