what happens if you file bankruptcy and dont have a job right now?
Does it make it harder to rebuild your credit if you file and you are unemployed ? I have been looking forever and cant find a job so I am now back in school I want to straighten my credit up.

Not having a job is generally why you declare bankruptcy. The bankruptcy affects your credit, not the unemployment.
