		<description>What you were told is true - when the accounts are verified, this one will show as not belonging to your brother, and so that account will not be included in the bankruptcy. 

I would bet that you have SSNs that are very close, and that is how it got included on the wrong report. You should check your credit statement as well, just to make sure that there isn&#039;t something there that actually should be included in the bankruptcy.

The creditor still has to provide some proof...but we all know collection agents tend to lie and forge documents all of the time.  If you don&#039;t add this, it may come back to haunt you in the future.</description>
