What should i say to my creditor when they call and i am in the debt settlement program?

All they need is to talk to the person who is managing your account. In your case, this is the debt settlement company, so just give them the number of your representative there and they won’t call you anymore. Also, if you want to educate yourself on what collection agencies can and cannot do, I would recommend that you take a look at the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. It helped me a lot with understanding how the system works.
