Why did goodtimes home video go bankrupt, and why did they sell their assets?
I already know that goodtimes sold their assets to gaiam(???)
and filled for bankruptcy in 2005. Did their financial problems have anything to do with the Walt Disney company suing them often for copyrights Disney did not possess? (that is what wikipedia said)
